We hope that you LOVE your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things can happen because you are unable to try on the clothing. If this happens and you are not happy with your purchase, we offer store credit within 21 days of purchase. Store credits do not expire.

WHAT IS OUR POLICY?

Online Items must be returned within 21 days starting from the date the order is received for online store credit by filling out return request form.

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
  • Items must have all tags attached.
  • Accessories such as earrings, belts, masks, and hair clips cannot be returned.

A return shipping slip will be supplied for returns within Canada ONLY. For US and other countries, shipping return cost including customs & duties will be the customer's responsibility. Please retain your proof of postage until you have received your store credit, just in case your order is lost on its way back to Own Your Elegance Inc.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?

We offer a free return shipping service within Canada ONLY. Once the return item is received we will provide store credit. Please return using a standard trackable service. If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. For US and other countries, shipping return cost will be the customer's responsibility. Please email us directly to start the return process.

IN-STORE PURCHASES:

Store purchases can be exchanged at Lime Ridge store within 14 days from purchase. Online orders can be exchanged in-store. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?

We aim to process your return ASAP. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us via email (info@ownyourelegance.ca) with the proof of postage information on your Post Office receipt and we will check this out for you.

DO YOU REFUND THE SHIPPING CHARGE?

Unfortunately we do not offer refund postage/shipping charges.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

When you return your item to us and you will then be instructed to place a new order with the store credit balance to receive the item of your choice.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?

If you receive a faulty item, please return to us within 3 days of receipt of the faulty goods by filling the return request form
